This policy only applies to items purchased via our website.
Any painting/print bought via the website can be returned within 28 days of purchase. The customer must return the item to the Gallery, either in person or via a courier service (customer must arrange courier). Carriage is at the expense of the customer.
Once the item is received back into stock and is found not to be damaged in any way, we will give a full refund for the price of the painting/print.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights if a painting/print you have ordered arrives from the supplier damaged.
